I have a coffee table book called 'Imagine' with quotes from John Lennon.
I've read it many times and a different quote stands out for me every time - today it was the one above.
Simplicity is so undervalued but the most powerful messages are uncomplicated and big words don't necessarily make one more philosophically relevant or powerful. That's why John Lennon's messages of love, peace and happiness will probably remain relevany irrespective of time or place.
